Something we all need to do...this is basically a do it yourself Demon Drill. Hope to see some people share what they come up with!

not trying to be a downer, but this seems like what you have been doing for the drill's of the month so far. seems like this will make it even more difficult to come up with the next one as it will undoubtedly fall under the umbrella of something creative to improve a weakness.

also, no video?  Tongue

p.s., thank you for all of the drills so far, i'm sure they have helped a lot of people.

yes like i said, this is the concept all my drills are based upon. i made this drill in hopes that other people would start thinking like this and come up with some of their own stuff instead of being my mindless drill zombies. Tongue

you don't like having a veritable army of your own private drill zombies?

definately i'm focusing on my rolls for this drill.  I've been doing parkour for a year now, and i have no excuses to not be able to roll on cement comfortably.

hecka edit!! check the mad 'no' in the sentence above, didn't mean to freak you out, Demon.

Started applying this to my wall runs. Theres a wall at this college i found that i really want to climb. I'm using a method kind of like handikong. I found a wall that starts out at chest high, and as the hill slopes down, the wall stays horizontal. So it goes until it's a little higher then twice my height. So i've been slowly working down the hill. In one day i can now do about 1 1/2 of what i used to be able to. Thanks somuch  Grin

Basically what this did for me is to cause me to make personal drills like one legged precisions to help unsecure landings, and an imaginary line thing I applied to my brain function to tell me where to jump so I don't bang my knees on dashes lmfao.  Thanks Demon. Grin

Well for me, I need better upper body strength.  There are no pullup bars anywhere, so from now on I'm going to be using the top of a door for my pullups.
