funny thing, my aunt just had the EXACT same thing happen to her (well except for the part aobut jumping a 15 foot gap, she was taking a step on a stair case) like a week before you posted this fourm...

I have a sprained ankle as we speak (or type) The doc. just told me to lay off the pk till it's better.

Has anyone else noticed the increase of major injuries in the parkour community recently.  Demon, Strydzz, Me.... I'm sure there are more.  I wonder if it can be atributed to anything.  Lack of focus? Letting your gaurd down?

It's possible it could be from the great increase in traceurs lately. We are getting excited! Of course, we should. But don't lose focus. o.o

Well it was the worst pain i have even suffered. However, that was the most alive i have ever felt. As sick as it may sound, the pain was enjoyable to a certain extent. I did lose it though when they tried to reduce the dislocation when i was awake with no anesthedics. And now my foot is pretty much purple from the brusing. I go in for surgery on friday. I am looking at about a year of recovery time.

you'll be back on your feet in no time lol.trust me i reacently got a cast off my right foot.broke 13 bones in my foot/ankle.not from pk but from sk8in lol.
