Oh more comments, IMO lazys look smoother when you do them one leg at a time, then land in stride. And try to go over a bit straighter with those dashes.

well, the whole video had sloppy technique but i wouldnt expect anything different from somebody who has only practiced by themselves.
try landing on one foot like you were running and run out of it. try to keep your momentum going and not put it all in the ground when you land. Also when you jumped off the trampoline it looked like you landed with your hands straddling (spell check lol) your knees when they should be placed inbetween your legs, like spiderman.
It also would have been nice if you added some music or something to make the vid a little more interesting, and i know there are some bad editors out there but it seemed like it wouldnt have been that hard to cut out the parts where you walk to the camera.

ok i got the leg spread appart and hands through also i just figured out how to edit it and redid one of those vids and it looked nice. I didnt put music because i wasnt thinking will do next time.
