I got the workout of the day today and its not asking for "much" super-human feats lol, this WOD depends on how much endurance you have (still gonna be a pretty hard WOD for me tho haha) but the question I have is, how do you know how much to sprint because I dont know how far 400, 200 or 50m sprints are. Can anyone give me a general idea of how far or long these are?

p.s. - I tried using measurement conversions but the length to me is still confusing

Do you have a track near you? The bends and straight portions of the track are 100m. and the entire track is 400m

If you have a car, I recommend you draw out a course. 400m is a quarter mile... so both of those would be 1/2 of a mile. 200m is an 8th of a mile (just run half of your quarter mile each time) and 50m... is a quarter of that.

Just estimate. If you figure out how far a half mile is, you'll probably be able to wing it and do the rest well enough.

yeah I do have a track and now it makes a lot of sense to me! I'm sure with this I'll be able to figure out all the lengths in my head. Thanks for the help guys!
