Hi!

I found out about Parkour through a friend who sent me the Google Video link of the French television documenary on David Belle.
A lot of what I've seen and heard in that interview and the Yamakasi documentary relates to my own experiences.

Being an absolute noob to Parkour, I've never trained, I would love to start training with someone in New Orleans!

Check us at http://parkour.meetup.com/107/

Consider this an invitation,  Our very first meet will be at Zephr Field N.O Fifteen mins from downtown, they have a foam floor playground running trail.  Also I may be able to bring my 10x10 gym mat.  Seeing how I dont know most of the people comming I am planning on working on fundamentals and conditioning. After that though I am planning on having a meet every week or even twice a week at differents places around the city.

Are any of y'all still meeting? I want to learn as much about parkour as I can. I seriously just started, but this type of thing seems right up my alley, since I spend most of my free time climbing things or thinking about how I might climb *blank*, etc. If anyone would like to meet up, I'm down.
