Hey guys, Team Tranquil will now be teaching classes at Arts Sports on Monday-Thursday 8-10 p.m. We are still getting all the stuff set up so classes are not in progress yet but we need a list of people that would be interested so please post here or send me a message if you our interested. Also experience does not matter you can be new or been training for years, it will be based on having fun and after warming up and some basics you will be able to experiment and have the time for yourself! Yeah were going to have it so we all warm up and then do our own things, so more then half will be open gym! And ten bucks per session but you can drop in and come anytime, no monthly things |

is that monday THROUGH thursday or monday and thursday?
If my knee feels up for it I will probably be down to train and just get reacquainted with my flips again.

Dan lol O and also we figured out tuesdays and wednesdays are only an hour but thursday and monday are still 2.

turns out no age limit, but if you read this tonight and you dont already know, they are closed Monday, July 6'th because they are cleaning the rugs.

Go on tuesday 8-9p.m. or wednesday 8-10p.m., its more of an open gym fun time then anything, no more mondays or thursdays, 12$ for one hour 20$ for two hours we will teach you whatever you want |

Hi I just started learning parkour in colorado springs and i was looking for a place where I could actually LEARN parkour cuz as of now I have been learning from youtube videos. I was just wondering if the classes at artsports were still going on cuz if they were I would definetly start going!
