Good stuff bro. Although all of those but the last ones were double legs though. Side summits you take off on a 1-2 split take off.

A tip.
Try to step off by as bringing one leg out as you spot your landing, that will smother your landing up quite a bit.

Thanks for sharing my man!

yeah I know they are not technical side summy's Grin,   there are so many variations I lose track of the names,  I think that stepping side summy is the one they do on the beam actually.  and usually side summys or at least the ones I've seen in real gymnastics meets are the ones that you take off backward out of a round off or backhandspring  do a quarter turn in flight and open the legs in a straddle then land on one leg and step out.   Too much movement to write ha ha.  So lets just say it's a side flip and we'll go from there.

I thought double legs were when you make an L with your body and you torque over the top.  Similar set up but very asymetrical.

actually no wait a second I am confused jeez Roll Eyes.  the side summy is just the body's position in the air regardles of take off,  but double legs have a double leg take off regardless of what's done in the air.  now that's confucious for you ha ha.    I like to land on two feet because I believe it's safe but when I feel like being stylish I will land on one.

thanks for the comments guys
