- Didn't trained very much today, just worked in some vaults combinations and did the 30 rolls for the goal
- 1X30 Rolls (2º day)

- Some Climb-ups
- Worked in Landing+Roll in a drop of aproximatelly 4 feet (Concrete)
- Did some circuits envolving precision jumps and climb-ups

Conditioning:

- Did the APK WOD:

Workout- Tabata intervals: Perform each exercise for :20 seconds followed by :10 seconds rest. Repeat x 8 for each exercise for a total of 4:00 each. Move directly to the next exercise with minimal rest. 

Squats

Push-Ups

Situps

Pull-Ups

I forget to keep track of how many reps I did, but it was approximately like:

Squats: approximately 10 for 20s = 80 Squats
Push-ups: I started very well, but I finished doing only 4 or 5 reps in the end = 50 push-ups
Sit-ups: Did 10 for 20s = 80 Sit-ups
Pull-ups: approximatelly 5 for 20s, not very good in the end = 20 pull-ups

Technical:

- 30X Rolls (9º Day)
- Did some precision jumps

MY TIME: Aprox. 00:25:45.18

Well, I need to work in these Knees to Elbows, so, I have a new Conditioning Goal: 1X5 Knees to Elbows with perfect form

Today I started the APK WOD, but I had to stop in the middle.

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

I had to stop in 10 min, and did 8 rounds in this time, so:

Pull-ups - 40
Push-ups- 80
Squats - 120

- 30X Rolls (15º Day)

- Did some Underbars 360, it need some work
- 30 Rolls (20º Day)

NEW ARCHIVED GOAL:

Technical:

- Challenged my monkey to precision spot: 3 Rounds of 20 reps (If I do a unbalanced landing, its 1 point to the spot, if I do a perfect landing, it's one point for me)

1º Round: 9/11
2º Round: 16/4
3º Round: 18/2

And did more 20 monkey to precisions

Total = 63 Monkey to precisions

- 60X precision jumps (7 feet)

- Circuit - monkey to precision + precision jump 20X

- Did a lot of Tic Tacs over a aproximatelly 3 feet tall obstacle

15/06/09

Technical:

- Just played with some moves, did my first palm spin in a rail
