Hey everybody in the foco area I am starting to ramp up my training and was wondering if anybody could help me out by being a workout partner. I dont know about you but I find working out much easier, funner and most importantly safer with a partner, and it makes me more motivated to train. I am going to be doing things that would make me feel safer with a partner such as using heavier weights and riskier techniques. This can and will include weightlifting, running, and technique training. If anybody feels up to it reply to this or personal message me, and we can work out a schedule/exercises. Also as being a partner I can help you with your heavy lifting or technique training(as best I can). Anybody who can help out, it would be greatly appreciated.
