ok...well... i have to be cautious of who I meet in public. I might have to bring my dad along for the first time. I am 15. We should make arrangements soon. You might have to help me roll I don't get it right within the time we meet. Thanks for replying, because I definently need help! Hopefully you know your stuff and can teach me parkour.

Hey bro. I'm in Allentowm/Emmaus, and I'm working on getting a community organized. Nazareth is something like an hour away, I'm gonna guess, so we're not exactly close. But I am hosting a seminar this coming weekend for beginners, and I intend on doing many more of them. So if you're willing to make the trip, you may find a lot of people down in Allentown. I understand and respect your parent issue, and tell your parents they are free to call me and talk to me personally. My number can be found in the seminar topic in this PA board. Or just private message me.

Well you cannot really have Freerunning without Parkour (assuming they are separate to begin with). If you want to do freerunning with Parkour, you're talking about gymnastics and tricking. But yes!
Because of the weather, I'm not sure we'll be doing any more seminars until spring, unless I want to do like a snow day seminar, but I do have classes that run every single sunday, 3-5, if you're interested in that. No better place to work on freerunning than in a gymnastics center.

I assume you're talking about the classes. You can just show up. The first time, though, you'll have to be there a few minutes early, as they have a bunch of insurance papers to fill out. But yes, you just walk in, pay the gym 15 dollars, and then leave whenever you need to. If you can only stay until 4, that's okay, but its still as much money, I can't change that. If it was up to me, I'd cut your rate in half for it, but unfortunately the gym makes the financial arrangements. But yes, its not formal. Walk in, pay the gym money, and leave whenever. Each class is it's own, you don't have to be there for the whole course to learn from the classes.

1. Warm -Up 2. Choose a direction 3. Run for five minutes, keep as straight a line as possible 4. At five minutes, change direction, run again.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until tired, stop stretch, walk home.

I'm not sure you have the right topic. I'm also not sure your training routine is all that holistic.

The classes are structured by concept. Each class is its own class. We take a concept a day, like, redirection of momentum, for example. Or Flow. Or Safety. Or explosive power. Examine the physics of these concepts, and then apply them to our technique, so not only can we perform the movements, but more importantly, we know how they work. The best thing about this design is, you can come to any class, the first, or the last, at any level of skill, and still learn as much as everyone else. The concepts adapt to your skill level. It's not a technique-progressional course. It's a course about learning and understanding, then applying that new-found wisdom and knowledge to your techniques and training methods. Let me know if that wasn't clear.

Absolutely. We always warm up, we always condition, we always stretch, and every class we learn techniques. Almost every vault is addressed throughout the course. Safety, two hand, speed, lazy, thief, turn, monkey, kong, dash, kash, reverse, and others as well. As for rolls, you'll be sick to death of rolls by the time I'm done. I do rolls like crazy.

You'll definitely enjoy the class. Adam's a great teacher, and the people are all pretty cool. And it definitely helps to learn in a gym, for safety reasons and whatnot. Great for when you're starting out.
