Hmm...Good a time to start as any.
Eats
Breakfast:
-Fried eggs x2, unbroken yolk
-Toast x2, Honey Wheat (couldn't find German Dark Wheat)
-Whole grain oatmeal, golden maple flavor
-12oz. Jack Daniel's brand coffee
-8oz. 2% milk
Lunch:
-A few shreds of chicken
-Half a pork steak
(Memo to self: Remember to set time aside for lunch)
Dinner:
-Pork steak x2
-8oz. orange juice x2
(Memo to self: Remember to grab more greenery)
Snacks:
-4x Honey and Oatmeal
-2 Oatmeal bars
Water:
-4 Liters
-------
Workout
-20-20-20 Workout (20 situps, 20 crunches, 20 pushups)
-Headed downtown and worked on relearning rolls (which I've apparently been doing wrong for about 10 months), practiced Kong vaults on rails (scary), precision gaps, drilled horizontal jumps.
Time: 1 hour, 10 minutes
Practice on/Goals
-Rolls
-Dash vaults
-Precisions
-Cat leaps
-Get up to 30-30-30 Workout alongside the WOD

Dinner
-Taco Salad (corn chips, ground beef, romaine lettuce, chopped tomato, shredded sharp cheddar, Thai hot sauce)
-8oz. orange juice, no pulp
Snacks
-Two oatmeal bars
Water
-3 liters

Workout
-20-20-20 Circuit
-WOD (took about an hour and a half to two hours)
Practice On/Goals
-Handstands (evil)
-L-Sits (also evil)
-Rolls
-Dash vaults
-Precisions
-Cat leaps
