on that last cat leap, try tensing every muscle in your body right after you hit the wall. this should help prevent all that sliding. Also, the reason you were falling back is because your feet were too close to your arms, this body position naturally makes your body want to fall back upon landing.

Pretty nice video! My one suggestion is that in the spot where you guys did double kongs, it looks low enough to just do one single long kong over it. And then you don't get that goofy position with your legs jacking out behind you :]
Otherwise good speed and control!

yeah I was watching that too. the double kong didnt need to be there, it seemed to slow you up quite a bit when your legs got completely extended and vertical. you walked away going half the speed that you started with. unless of course, you just were going for style, I have no problems with that, it didnt say specifically that it was parkour.
either way, a good overall vid. keep it up guys!

well its called a training video so they were training double kongs. I think the extension as well is a good exersise the one that Maltise does. It think that it is almost nessisary when trying for long double kongs. It gives you great extension and propells you further over the object. I will agree that there was no need for a double but it was a training video.

lol...but he wasn't trying a long double kong...if he would have done it low...it would of showed good control...when he gets that high it kinda looks like he is flinging himself and giving too much unneeded effort...but thats just how it looks to me...
Thanks for the tips and critiques guys
