Anyone who gives it 100% is inspiring in my eyes. Thats why I look up to Owen and Jin so much, It's because they always give it 100 and they suceed at doing it. and... I'm pretty tall, so the only people I have to look up to are ando and will thats pretty funny pistol, I'm tall also (6') and Will is like a whole head over mine lol.

Matthew Lee Willis, you have single-handedly made me a more patient person. Thank you. now that I've spit coffee all over it you owe me a new keyboard! I'd have a hard time coming up with a definitive list. Almost everybody that trains hard inspires me in some way, but here are the few that REALLY stand out: My first group Parkour experience was PKUSA1 in NYC. There was a pretty huge group there, especially considering the fact that Parkour was relatively new to the US at the time. The one thing I really remember from that jam (other than wishing I could train rather than sit around with a bum shoulder) was how Ando, Frosti and Silentrushman (at the time Spiderman1357) totally rocked the entire day. Every time something big went down it was one of them. I hurt my neck trying to keep up. Since that day I have constantly strived to be that person, the one who doesn't quit and keeps moving and pushing rather than sitting back and waiting for somebody else to make something happen. My second jam was the first JumpVA jam which had in attendance Akh, and myself. Same deal. A full day of total ass-busting training that was hella' fun. Ever since then every time I have a chance to train with Akh (and more recently Leon and Skipper) we have all pushed each other to that next level. I've trained with quite a few people but this group of guys has more fun working hard than anybody else I've found (well, maybe not Leon, but when he shows up it's pretty fun ;p) Beyond that, a quick list rattled off the top of my head would look like this: M2 Jack Kerouac Asa exxon Jim from Beastskills Rianu from Tricks Tutorials Every single men's Olympic gymnast ditto for the Olympic Weightlifters Owen and Jin foshizzle Coach Glassman and the entire Crossfit community Gregg Everett and Robb Wolfe from Crossfit Norcal specifically Tim Pisteurs John Updike I'm sure there's more, but there are only but so many hours in the day :p

Skipper. What can you say that hasn't already been said? Great lay. I'm now cleaning Dr. Pepper off of my screen. Oh, and I look up to anyone who remains true to Parkour dispite all of the politics, arguing, and bickering. Anyone that hasn't lost sight of the vision of parkour when they first came. Unless of course it was distorted by the media or whatnot.

number one would have to be gear. ever since I finally met the guy in person (after him flaming me to ashes on UF), he's been nothing but awesome. True to his roots, true to the art, and SERIOUS about training. I probably would have gotten bored of parkour long ago if he hadnt shown me how creative and functional you can be with it. and because of him, ladies love my body when i coach diving at the pool M2, He always seemed intimidating on UF, almost like the people who got to jam with him were very exclusive.... but when we finally started talking and training together, it was quite the opposite, he just wants to have fun... who could ask for more? Akh, among the first people I met in the pk world at the Siver spring jam. I was like "aw man thats the dude in the cool jump va vids!!!" Always a silly goose as well Leon, well, I cant impress girls when youre around, because everything i do seems so 2nd place when youre around...... i hate you leon.... but god damnit, I respect you, lol these are the first ones to have a huge impact on my life, but the others include: all my tribe guys (and gals) asa gameyy and everyone else thats built the great foundation of traceurs here in the US and ez?

For anything parkour-related, I think I look up to Leon and Kipup the most.
Leon is better at almost every element of parkour than almost anybody I've ever met, but he will immediately stop what he's doing to teach you anything you want to learn.
Kipup brought me into Parkour last summer and taught me most of what I know. Even on a broken leg, he continued to improve himself in any way he could.
... and also Manilla Gorilla, for randomly dropping my name on this thread... haha...

Wow, guys, I'm honored to be showing up on people's lists! Hopefully if I inspire you, it's to be moved to help and inspire others, which I know so many of you already do.

I've never seen anybody handle and continue training (whether mental or physical) as well as Kipup did. He definitely inspired me through the way he overcame his injury. Rock on!

Yes, huge. I remember his 1 footed jumps up stairs at a jam, the "motherly" instincts in me were like "jeez, don't get hurt" but of course he didn't, he just kept improving.
Same for Gear and the way he handled his shoulder surgery, the difference there is some people would use it an an excuse not to try something new or to stop progressing, he used 1,000 others things as exucses why he COULD keep training!!

Definately Belle, Foucan, and TCT, then a little closer to home the merry men, then a little closer to home asa, as he's ... ummm ... how can you 'sum up' someone like that? you can't. don't try. also teddy, as he sucked so bad and got so good so quick while keeping a good attitude, and dj hangman for ... yea i'm not sure actually, lol ... love the guy though. Outside of the pk world, I look up to George Lucas because he taught me how to dream, Mr. Rodger Paquette for helping me learn how to think, and Elsbeth Field for being a perfect human being.
