OK, my quarterly posting - DL'd 315 4X yesterday, got 365 off the ground but not up. Push press - 165 seems like a PR until some smartass finds some time I did more Tongue Tongue

10 push ups (perfect)
10 sit ups (11, maybe 12)

Fight gone bad - 286

Should have done more wall ball and box jumps (where all my reps came from anyway) and rested a bit earlier on SDHP. No rest needed between PP and row. PP and SDHP need lots of work!

injury - about 1-7-08 - doing overhead squats with the keg, not fully warmed up, went deep. No immediate pain - 1 week later in the hospital and got muscle relaxers and 600mg ibuprofen.

Oh yeah, and handstand PR - previous 29 seconds - 10-10-08 38 seconds

Well, since last post been to Lebanon and New York and RI and Costa Rica Smiley
Back is almost better but requires lots of stretching.

New PR - 13 squats on rail - last 5 was "in the zone" and did them without waiver.

Yesterday - 3X10 pullups not soo bad but need to really work on these again.

Three days ago on the beach on Costa Rica - first outdoor frontflip - a confidence thing

Need to get back to diet and regular training - Sat did warm up for PK class and a few vaults.

Did some training today at Washingtonian Jam. My conditioning is way down.

Need to work on endurance.

How's that 6-pack for b-day objective coming along?

You know you inspired me to take that one on as well. Mine is coming up 1/22, so little to go now!

Uhm ... ,aybe next year Tongue

Seriously, I came very close, then 6 straight weeks of travel screwed it up for me (well, I allowed it to obviously)

So now I'm zone hardcore until I see abs.
I may have to look at someone else Tongue

Today - 30 pullups, some wall runs, stretching - need more stretching too.

Consider fasting?

It makes weight loss a ton easier since you are only hungry for 50% of your waking hours....instead of 100% Tongue

strange happennings - I was out with Travis, standing on something about 3 1/2 feet tall, went to step off, and someone snuck up and nailed my feet to it.
I literally fell straight over, unobstructed, until my wrist hit the ground. I figure that's about a 6 foot drop of 170 pounds onto my wrist. It hurt like a mother, mostly "bruised palm" feeling - but it's kept me off it for a few days now, this was Tuesday and it is still 40% as bad as it was - can't do a handstand, pushups, or vault off right hand. will do some squats and some pull ups to stay active.
