ugh! After about 4 months of being on the road fairly constantly I have finally begun to train and condition a bit.

Going slow - my shoulder hurts, I had pneumonia in NY, and generally want to remain uninjured so I can train through the summer to try to achieve my goal of having a six-pack for my 38th birthday.

Been fairly zone for the past week - at least no sugar.

Going to yoga 2X a week as a minimum to improve flexibility and calm.

parkour training is coming along, did a bit of balance and rail precisions tonight with Pilou and Amanda - fun!

Working on just getting out more.

Hmmm... sounds like we're both going through the same stuff.... Shoulder, pneumonia (I haven't been diagnosed, but it's either that or bronchitis)... If you have a knee injury, I'd say we can mutually inspire each other.

Doc gave me the OK today to start vaulting again, although I have to "ease into it" rather than push through pain. How's your shoulder doing? Hopefully nothing serious!

DG - Not too bad - but the shoulder definitely needs to be looked at.

Couldn't best my max back squat today - accidentally started at 275 and couldn't drop weight going by CrossFit total rules.

So, using 265 (in place of a fail) I got 265, 135 (pr) , 335 (not PR)

CrossFit Total 735

Last time I did this was 4-10-08
