Haha, well, mainly my workout (I only list the upper body stuff) is geared towards gymnastics, but it can be beneficial for basically overall strength and improving ones ability to scale walls among other things. I also do tabata squats and DLs but yeah as I said I don't include them in the log.

The main goal I made was getting an iron cross, and now that I've achieved that, I am starting to work towards a maltese. I have other exercises in there that are geared towards planches, front levers, handstands and whatnot and overall GPP for the upper body. I never practice muscle ups or bar muscle ups but they are very easy so I must be doing something right.
