I didn't get the stats today, as my sister is moving out. But, I did do a leg work out! (and a good one for me) It went like:
3 max box jumps
45 second rest
repeat 4 times
3 assisted hamstring curls (max effort)
3 max effort assisted pistols each side
repeat 3 times

My max box jump is 2'6"

Here's a fun winter time activity. But first you need to get together these items;
1. a string (yarn, fishing line, any kind of string)
2. some tape (scotch, duct, band-aid, whatever)
3. an eraser

Poke a hole in the eraser, tie the string through it, and tape the other end of the string to your ceiling. Good. Now, move all the shit out of your way, your furniture, your dog, your parents. Standing straight under the hanging eraser, jump to touch it with your head. If you made it, nice job, but be sure that you can only make it with your best jump. If you didn't make it, move it down a little... but not enough to make reaching it easy. When you have it hanging at the right height for you, stand under it and jump to touch it with your head over and over and over and over and over and over. Leave it there and come back tomorrow to repeat, and discover that your jump has improved... move the eraser up some. Do this everyday, and you will see in a month that your jump is far better.
This method alone is what got me from being unable to touch my kitchen ceiling to being able to hang from a basketball rim.

Don't the kids know zoom these days?

No it's not a measure! It is an exercise in itself. Do it, I think it will help you.
