OK, you need to let us know what "Seriously screwed up" means. The first thing you should do is see a qualified physician. If you don't feel it's worth going to a doctor, then you need to describe the problem, what kind of pain and where before anyone can give ANY sensible advice. Lastly, you need to recognize that any advice you get on this forum will most likely not be from a qualified physician, and may be worth exactly what you pay for it.

Generally if they're 'screwed up' you just need a screwdriver, possibly a cordless drill if they are 'really screwed up'.

yeah I hurt my "friggin arms" doing parkour once too, multiple fractures in both elbows and a wrist, I just drank alot of milk (well, after getting a cast duh) because my possibly flawed reasoning was that if calcium helps build bones, then by drinking as much of it as I could get my hands on, my bones would grapht (i think thats the word) together faster, dunno if it worked but I was ok within 2 weeks i think. But thats nothing, why when i was in the Nam I was stranded on top of a rambleramble ramble, blah blah blah ect.

could be in some cases, which is why we need more info before proper advice can be given. (as proper as an internet forum can supply)

"Could Be" ... exactly my point ... people are quick to give advice without even fully knowing the problem, I know that it's just the good helpful nature of people around here, but especialy when it comes to someone's body, spitting out what you've heard before doesn't make it good advice, especially when you don't fully know the situation. I would hate for someone here to get information that could be potentially harmful. Of course we (mods) can't read every post on the forum, but if I see one with potentially bad info, I'm going to point it out.

well, if he did rip some skin off of them, my opinion is wash it with soap, then use iodine, then wrap it in that medical cotton stuff and secure it with medical tape, and when a scab starts forming, apply aloe (it speeds healing and takes away pain), my aloe of choice is "Soirx blue norther aloe gel plus lidocaine" Im not sure where you get it, but I swear the stuff is magical and would probably cure skin cancer. Im not a doctor, dont listen to me.(<-----my disclaimer)

INstead of doing the RICE method, you could just eat Rice. What harm could that do?
