cheetah's way is the easiest method. and true vertical jump is measure without any run. it is from standing.

height: 5'8
weight: 152 lbs
max pushups in one set: 35
max pullups:16 ( i could have been kipping, i still have no idea lol)
standing long jump: about 6 feet
standing vert. leap: about  20"  still working om measurng it properly(i was by myself)
handstand pushups: I though about doing them then all the blood rushed into my head, and made me eyes feel like they were going to explode

Weight: 205- 210 yo yo like a mofo  Undecided
Max Pushups, one set: Had a competition with a friend, gave out at 55 or 65, friend went on to do 120something
Pullups: Too damn heavy do ever hit more than 10 in a set, thank god for lat pull downs.
standing long jump: no idea
Handstand pushups: gotta get the handstands first

Ever try lifting straps? After I bought those I rowed the 100 lb. dumbells 10 reps, full range of motion, before that my grip would give out at 12 reps on the 80's.

Pullups(w/o kipping): 23
Pullups(w/ kipping): Dunno..never did with
40 Yrd Dash: 5.1
Mile: 6:51
Handstand Push-Ups: like 5..but that was after doing the 40 pull ups and benching
Push-ups no rest: 62
Sit-Ups in 1 minute: 67
Thats all I can think of right now  Undecided

Trying to do your style of hand stand push ups I was going down nice and controled got all the way down and just about to start to go back up and boom my shoulder gave out and I fell to the floor. Any tips on how to get better at them?

what style KK? i suck at the free standing ones. i usually do mine against a wall, head to ground and back up. If you cant do a full one, try going halfway down and then back up.

I can't get my head all the way to the ground nad back up i can get a little bit past halfway and then back up but thats all.
