My favorite areas are all around the CSU campus.
especially in the theater area and the industrial area.
just be observant in the industrial area, they seem to be rather easily pissed off over there.

Ya i was actually going to suggest around the Chem building. That walkway is great for vaulting off of into the grass, and then those ledges that are like at arms length off the ground i like to walk on my hands on them. Plus I have been checking out the Art building, you could easily get to the roof in some areas and do some stuff from there. I'm actually going to start working on my own Photo Log thing of places I find around town because I always see like maybe a place or 2 when i'm on my way to FRCC campus and decided I want to start taking pics of the areas to show to my buddies I run with.
Also another decent place where I've been doing all my beginning practicing is at my apartment complex (Brooke Veiw, it's right by Prospect and Lemay) There are a lot of good trees for practicing wall running and getting your rolls down.

I would say CSU or Old Town or Tavelli Playground or Fossil Creek Park or Spring Canyon Park... Basically just about any main park... but you can also do a lot of training in you own house... there's a training video on American Parkour website about training and working out just at you house..  |

My team Practices At the Park/playground at the end of West Horsetooth.
Does anyone know of a cheep gymnastics place in town? Would be very usefull.

for a gym there is one on stuart called mountain gymnastics. You can get in for 60 bucks a semester, or 30 bucks if we can get enough people.

we got 4 as well that are already signed up and training. If you want every tuesday and thursday night at 8:30pm go to the gym and the first night you go is free so you can check out the facility. We'll see you guys and gals there.

it is per person so if we get 6 or more people then it would be 30 bucks a person per semester. So thats about 5ish months. Ya we should all get a jam going, go to the foco jam board and we can set something up. Saturdays work best for the usual foco crew but we can change things up.
oh btw i'll be there tomorrow and probably 3 to 5 more.
