Whenever I'm sick I carry my nalgene bottle around with me, and I drink a lot Tongue.  Last time I think I drank 5 full nalgenes in one day, boy did I have to pee Shocked

Of course if your really wanted to go extreme you could pick up a gallon jug from Safeway or someplace and just keep refilling it throughout the day.  Water is the best treatment to sickness, of course I also carry cough drops around all of the time (they're tasty) Wink.

well, this is pretty late but.... i've found the best way to fight illness is by taking astragalus root. easily found at your local health food store, it's what got me through mono so it should work well on the flu, lol. i start taking 2 capsules a day whenever i start to feel like i'm getting sick, and it usually stops the progression and makes me feel better in a couple days. and of course, lots of water and rest  Smiley

Colloidal silver for prevention, when you suspect you may be harboring something that's just starting off

Echinachea, Oil of Oregano, Flax Seed Oil, Vitamin D, Vitamin C

Plenty of Sleep Water and moderate exercise, just to keep from going stagnant

and of course avoid mornings

Whenever I'm ill I just try to remain active as much as possible. With my last cold my head felt like exploding but after doing a WOD I felt a lot better. Tempering is also supposed to help...

I just got over the cold yesterday and i hated being stuck in a room that had a view of the whole city, my playground, right out the window just asking me to come down and play...and you know, i think that helped me get over it faster. cause my mom got it at the same time i did and well, shes still sick. So, i guess thats another thing we can add to the sideffects of parkour... tough hands, big muscles, ladies  Wink, and getting over colds faster than your mom lol.
