I read about QMs somewhere in the forums.
What type of exercise is it?

qm= quadrupedal movement (movement on four legs, although technically for humans it would be legs and arms)

it strengthens just about everything (core, shoulders, arms, hammies, calves, and much more).

oh and people look at you like wtf? when you do it
