Hey, everyone. I'm new to parkour, and I've got a 'minor' issue: I have absolutely no idea where I could train.

I live in the 'suburbs', and there's really no area where there's many walls, rails, etc.

Does anybody have any suggestions that might help me out?

Thanks in advance,
Zach

Plenty of good spots to train at school. Handicap ramps. Maybe your mall. Playgrounds. I've heard some people have built some rail sets in their backyard to train.

Playgrounds are top notch hotspots!
That's where I started out, and I'm sure many can say the same.  You might not see much at first, but you will see more and more as you train.  Just look around when you're going out to find a spot.  One wall, one rail, or one fence can mean endless hours of training.
In fact I just finished a quick 30 minute training session on a 4 ft wall near our campus's library.
Just try to visualize anything and everything you can do and that traceur's eye will soon develop  Smiley

Good luck!  I hope you find something amazing

Haha, indeed.

I do know of a nice playground nearby; I might give it a shot there. Thanks!

Eventually everytihng you can train on will start to turn red as you develop your skills and get that "traceurs eye".  Sarcasm - Akh

But in all seriousness, there's always a place to train.  Grin
