The skys the limit with woodlands. There are pobably nature trails or something like that which means you can incorperate all kinds of things into training. Tree limbs are natures natural pullup/ bars for excersize. You can practice tic tacs to other limbs from the ground. there are so many different things you can do. Just get creative.

Training in the forest is great. It's quiet and you can really focus on what you are doing. You can also do pk barefoot, which feels incredible. If you need ideas on how to train, just watch what the animals do. watch how they move. no joke, You can learn a lot that way.

Try doing what moves come naturally. If whatever you're doing gets you through your environment quickly and with little effort, then you have succeeded. In some situations that might be simple running or jumping. If you need more of a challenge, try running quietly through leaves, or stalking animals like deer.

I don't know what kind of environment you are practicing in, but you could try doing things like tic-tac's off of trees, weaving through branches, climbing trees, running through bushes without getting stuck,  crawling, wallruns on trees to get to higher branches vaults on fallen trees and rocks, swimming.

When training in the woods, there's actually a lot you can do.  From downed trees to streams to stumps to bunches of ivy, you can always do something.

If you need more of a challenge, try running quietly through leaves, or stalking animals like deer.
That is MAD fun.  No lies.  Chasing and stalking squirrels, deer, and birds are all great ways to train and have some fun at the same time.  You learn to react quicker and walk and run quieter.

You really just gotta get creative.  One of my favorite places to train where I live is a streambed behind my old HS.  It's got rocks galore and plenty of precision and QM (Quadrapedal Movement) opportunities.  Just use your head.  Don't tell yourself "There's nothing I can do here..."  You have to ASK youself "What CAN I do here?"  If you automatically label an area as useless to you, that's how you will see it; barren and lacking in opportunity.  But when you really search for something to do, it will come to you.  If not right away, it will eventually.

Yep nothing more fun than stalking wild animals especially if you have a camera. Also just do what comes naturally parkour is about efficiently moving from point A to point B in YOUR environment it just developed as a urban activity because David Belle lived in one and that is how parkour became what it is.
