well where i am it is way to cold to go outside so i made a vid of me practicing in my neighbors house and i would like tips. I am the one in the gym at the beginning and the one with the 4 on my back. Also tips on how i can train indoors, thanks!

Keep havin fun bro. If you gotta do it in a house, that's the way. Just be sure to stay careful and don't go damaging anything! Keep up the training. Palm spins are looking nice, so are the rolls

You should still go train outside but be extra careful. You Don't know when you're gonna have to use parkour and it might be snowy so use this time to train in a different enviroment. It will help. Just get extra grippy shoes and stay off the rails as they are a disaster in wet conditions. And don't trespass DUH! lol

I'm jealous of that little window. I practice in my attic at nights, but don't have anything like that. I tried using a bookshelf to practice climbs, but that almost ended in disaster.

I would take the table cloth off in case it slips, and move the table back. If you practice by stopping yourself short like that, you're body is going to adjust and possibly have a hard time keeping momentum in summer. It happened to me with skateboarding and BMX. I used to practice indoors in confined spaces, like basements. By summertime, I could do a few new tricks, but not with any speed.

thanks that window is pretty nifty lol, and i might try some vaults outside but i am going to take all our videos from winter and once winter it'll be about 7 minutes at the gym. Yesterday i learned how to gainer yay lol/
