I'm writing a song about PK. So far, it goes like this
---
To Be and To Last
---
I am trapped in this hell
The world is closing in

Nothing but a concrete prison cell
Tearing my ambitions for no sin

I can not live with this doubt
Only one escape remains

Time for me to get out
Only my contiance restrains

To be and to last
I was born for survival
To be and to last
I have no rival
To be and to last
Run from this doubt
To be and to last
Find my way out

I will live to see the day
Walls will not be built to restrain

I will make my way
Through the sun and through the rain

The traceur that I am
Will guide me through the years

Forge a road of optomisem
Brake from this trail of tears

I for some reason heard that with the tune of Duhast by Ramstien... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doTBT46wMvA

Depends on what I come up with for the main rhythm guitar riff. I'm aiming for something close to Five Finger Death Punch.

I could hear something along the lines of Rev Theory's "Hell Yeah" or Metallica's "Whiskey in the Jar".

I'm actually starting to lean toward something more of a Metallica style ballad now that I've come up with a beautiful intro.

Meh. You're a nice guitar player, but the vocals...
As for the tune, I am now seeing it to be something linking park/fort minor, but that's not my decision lol. But yea, maybe a new vocalist? Guitar was great though, sounds like early metallica.

Vocals do sound like crap, not quite use to singing and playing guitar at the same time. Next time I record, vocals will be done separately. Still needs a bridge and a final verse.
