i start practise Parkour for 3 weeks and every day i do this stuff for workout:
20 x 6 push ups
20 x 2 set ups
10 x 3 pull ups
1 min x 3 plank
15 x 2 "V" sit
and run all the time lol
so is that OK? or i need more???

Once that stuff gets easy for you (which I imagine is should be now, since you've done it every day for 3 weeks) you're going to need to change your routine to something more challenging.

Not necessarily.

Like Parkour.. to truly get proficient and therefore strong in a movement you need to do it many times. Hence, why some routines have squats every workout for example.
