I love what has just happened to my training log. Gives it personality. Its now a Gay Parade... but hey, nothing wrong with that, eh butt-- I mean buddies?

You guys are more than welcome to dick around all you want, but as for me, I've got a log to fill. Cheesy

Warmup - Row 500m: 1:54. Was hard... seemed indicative of badness. And indeed... Badness ensued. I didnt feel great about my workout today.

Workout

Squat
  • 45x5
  • 95x4
  • 135x3
  • 155x3x5
My second work set felt like shit, for some reason something happened that made it wicked hard and... shitty. I took a bit longer of a break and my third set felt much better. Weird.

OH press
  • 45x5
  • 65x5
  • 85x2
Knew I wasn't going to be able to make it, so I scaled down for my work sets
  • 80x3x5

DL
  • 135x5
  • 155x3
  • 185x5
Felt perfect.

Dips 10x3x5

Current weight (8:20 pm): 147.5 wearing my sweats and a tshirt.

Also... I have so much food in me, my stomach hurts.

So today, I figured I had to get a little more something out of my breakfast than I had been getting before. I still had my Waffles, since there were no eggs, bacon, or anything else protien related in my house, but I added many large globs of Peanutbutter. Mmmmmm.

So...
Today's Diet
2 Waffles, smothered in Peanutbutter and Honey.
1 cup whole milk (it was all I could smuggle from my baby brother)

All part of the package.  While it may have been a failure in the short-term, in the sense of not accomplishing whatever today's goals were (for exercise, life or both... as if there's a separation), it can contribute to your long-term success.

Anyway, like that adorable little redhead said, "The sun'll come up tomorrow!" (Unless it goes nova.)

I've had those before man. They are about the worst days of your life and make you feel like everything you've done is pointless and utter crap. Days like that happen, and no matter how much you want to get frustrated and angry you've gotta realise getting upset does nobody any good, and that the next time around, you'll be back in technicolor!  Cheesy
