I love doing that stuff, cat walk, bouldering/buildering, whatever. never occured to me that it could help my parkour i was just doing it cuz its fun haha

I have recently started using this tree in my backyard for strength training as well as just finding new ways to climb it....its pretty fun but I wonder what the neighbors think.
