Well...not quite one year. Bit pretty close. I've been into Parkour seriously for around a year/18 months, and over the senior I had to do a "Senior Project" (I'm a senior in high school). So naturally, I chose Parkour, and decided to make a video. And...it turned out pretty good, so I decided to edit it a little bit, and then post it as my One year sampler.

Now, before anyone asks, this video style (title especially) was heavily inspired by Blane's videos. Basically the reason I wanted to make this video was because I watched his "Origins" repeatedly, drooling all the way. Anyhoo, without further adieu, to anyone that cares, here it is.

Zack!  Nice man.  Was that precision at 1:03 over in north boulder near china gourmet and the grocery store?  Good job on a lot of the stuff in there but especially the kong to cat at park place.

great job, one thing i noticed is that when you are on a wall in a straight arm dip position, you always kick up your right leg then put up your left leg, if you changed to put your right leg up first you could probably get up in one fluid motion an example of this is at 2:52

Yeah I've had that for a long time, and just gotten used to it. I haven't tried to change it at all, but I'm open for change! Smiley

The one at 1:03 is at Lucky's Market way in North Boulder. It's near my school. Oh man, the Kong to Cat at Park Place was an awesome achievement. I felt so good when I got it.

Thanks guys for the feedback!

nice zack. it looks like you are really taking your training seriously. i've always known you had the potential. keep it up.

the only suggestions i have are the climb ups (already mentioned) and you also need to work on keeping your chest up on those precision jump landings.

Good stuff man, you have a some nice form and control. One of the thing about Blanes skills is his easy while flowing and his power, so try to put soem of those nice moves together during training to start feeling that flow coming.

Keep it up bro.
