Hey, so I'm new to parcour, and obviously this site XD.
I was just wondering if you had any advice  or anything about the site ore or parcour.

Hey, so I'm new to parcour, and obviously this site XD.
I was just wondering if you had any advice  or anything about the site ore or parcour.
I also was wondering, does anyone know of a good glove? I feel stupid asking this, but I have to use a concrete windowsill thing as a pull-up thing and need a good gloves
Most traceurs will tell you not to use gloves for parkour. Let your hands callous.

On the main APK site there is a FAQ Frequently asked questions section and it should cover most of your questions.  And there should be should be a lot of stickey or pinned topics on the forum for those who are first starting.

And is spelled Parkour. 
Parcour are French obstacle courses used by the military.
