hey i will have a video uploaded shortly but for some reason my kongs look real awkward and i mean this by my legs during a split footed takeoff,  my legs never come to be equal, they are always separate and dont even come close together, i dont know if this is inefficient or anything and i feel as if i am doing them right but they just look completely awkward and wrong

someone I'm training with has a similar problem and my solution is usually to work pop ons a ton (just popping onto an object focusing on keeping your leg in the middle) and working kong to a precision landing.

Hope that helps

I am not quite sure what you mean by that please elaborate, and my kong motion looks almost like a top out where you kick one leg up then the other to get your hips up, does that help at all???

Instead of vaulting over landing on top of it. It should start looking like that, but then you tuck, and step out when you go to land or land in a precision
