ok well i am wondering if thier is any sort of excurizes i could do to make my backflip better that would help allot

anywas i need help with this so what i do is i dig down i swing me arms up looking at something above eye level and i jump up and tuck and then i dont get high enough our somthing and land on my feet crouched and kind of fall forward any help would be very appreciated i will be getting a video clip of my doing it in a few days so any help would be very appreciated
