ok well i am wondering if thier is any sort of excurizes i could do to make my backflip better that would help allot  Smiley

anywas i need help with this so what i do is i dig down i swing me arms up looking at something above eye level and i jump up and tuck and then i dont get high enough our somthing and land on my feet crouched and kind of fall forward any help would be very appreciated i will be getting a video clip of my doing it in a few days so any help would be very appreciated

Tuck jumps, hopping up stairs one leg at a time,hollow rockers, Hanging knee/leg raises are the first thing that come to mind to help you out with strength for the back tuck but I'm going to venture to say its most likely a technique issue, though I can't really say for sure till I can see it.

It sounds like you're not holding your tuck long enough. Just keep looking straight, once you reach your peak height, you immediately tuck, then don't let go until you can see straight again. Give that a try Cheesy
