Are precisions bad for your knees?
the crouching portion
especially if you crouch alot?

Well, not if you're muscles are strong enough to handle the impacts and you have good technique.

Which is why it is imperative to train to have strong muscles and practice technique a lot...

well i tend to crouch alot more but that wont affect me right?
