Ahhh. I have this pain in my heel that ive had for a couple days now. its off and like ill feel it for a few hours itll go away and come back.
it just kinda like searing like i can deal with it but its a sharp feeling. i can feel it all up my leg as it goes up my leg its not painful but tense. the pain is in my heel. whats wrong with it should i just take it easy and try to stay off it for a bit? idont know how exactly it came about

Where (pics with markings)? Sounds like a bruise... possibly bone bruise or something nerve related.

It's probably best to stay off it and see if it goes away... if not, see a doc/PT.

Achilles tendon i guess is where it hurts? the part that sticks out right about there.
and then it gets tense up in the back of my leg in my knee joint, the backside.
that always gets tense but my ankle just started hurting as of late.

Sounds like gastrocnemius.

Start stretching/tennis ball/foam rolling your calves and icing the heel.
