Ok, so the people that have viewed my previous threads have known that I was working on my kong, well today was a breakthrough day!

I was always scared of the picnic tables kong, but today I had gotten over that fear and konged my first picnic table. I know this might not sound like a big deal to a lot of people, but to me this is door-opening. I am very happy that i have this new technique in my arsenal.

I know I have a lot of kong progression to do, but now that the length fear is past me I think it will come naturally! As always, comments and criticism are graciously accepted! Thanks!

Very good.  Now start to work on landing on one foot so you can continue running after you land.  Also, I would move to higher objects.  You may actually find them to be easier.  Picknick tables are often very low.
