I don't think it's redundant though. Sometimes we all need a refreshment like this. I remember this one terrible bail I had on a kong to precision...I fell pretty damn hard onto concrete from about five feet up...but the first thing I thought of was this video. I got up and hit it three more times successfully and walked away accomplished. It's things like this that push your mind to that next level required to progress.
