I saw this on YouTube just now, and felt like it was something everyone ought to see.  It makes the phrase "the best part about falling is getting back up," all the more meaningful.

I don't think it's redundant though. Sometimes we all need a refreshment like this. I remember this one terrible bail I had on a kong to precision...I fell pretty damn hard onto concrete from about five feet up...but the first thing I thought of was this video. I got up and hit it three more times successfully and walked away accomplished. It's things like this that push your mind to that next level required to progress.
