i practice with a bed should i use something different
I also just started, but I never used a bed or using something so soft and low.
I started with school desk, but I don't dare to kong it, because, it's just so easy to tip over, so I only do speed vault and turn vault on them.
Today, I've seriously practiced kongs, and now I can kind of do them. I started with fencing about 4 foot high. I can't really vault over them using any other vaults yet. So I practiced maybe almost 2 hours until it's really dark and I can't see at all. It first, I can only hit my toes into the fence. Then, I can jump on, and jump back off. After a few more tries, I can jump on and forward to go over it. By the end, I can comfortably jump over it with only my heels clipping it. I even cleared it a few times successfully without my feet touch it at all. So I guess that is a kong (My intention was kong and I did have a decently fast running start, so that would be kong, not monkey? But I did not end up jumping very far.) Well, I'm glad that I did it. That video really did help me a lot. But most inportantly is practice!
