So I seem to have this problem.  Whenever I kong vault my hands stay rooted to the table so my legs kick out like i'm exiting a dash vault or kash vault without the second tap.  Same goes for Speedvault, the hand isn't removed and I end up coming out of the vault like I would a dash vault when I place my second hand down.  I don't know if this is a problem but I never see it in any real kongs or speedvaults.  Any advice on how to break this hbit would be nice, I've been trying to kong vault like a regular kong for a while but my feet always tick on the end of the table when I remove my hands by force of will.  Is there any way I can break this or something?

maybe more plyo drills will help you, like in a push up position and hopping without bending your arms. Gaining more plyo strength will help you push away from your object

Just an idea

You can practice the ending parts of the vault and push off and get into the habit of it. Go slow and move through the vault, and at the end push off. Eventually it should become muscle memory and you shouldn't have to think about it.

For speed vaults you could do a safety vault, and push off with your hand when moving off of the object. With kongs practice the exercise in this video from :31-1:10.

I'm not afraid of clipping, I got over that along time ago.  I just can't seem to remove my hand so it looks like more of a tap, instead of planting it.  Whenever I try my feet get stuck on the table.

Make sure that your hands are as close to the end of the obstacle as possible.

One thing to try would be konging up stairs. Find a stair set that has 4-5 stairs. Try to exaggerate the push-off with your hands so that you dive, push off, and the float for a sec before your feet land.

Hope this helps!
