Location - Coral Springs, Florida
Experience level - Gymnastics for almost a year, free running for a little over a month
Hours of training weekly -Wrestling - 15
                                  Running - 3 to 5
                                  Free Running - 2 to 4
                                  Capoeira/Other - 1 to 3
Other sports/Activities - Run 5k races often, training for half marathon, wrestle at school
Place - School
Condition - Dark, Humid
Attempted - 3 step wall flip, Jesus style backflip (touch toes backwards in mid air)
Anyone else there? - Nope
Severity/Body part - Foot, pain was an 8, severity was a 10
See a Doc? - Yes
X-rays or MRI's? - Both
Copies? - Dont have
Could you/How could you have avoided injury? - Yes - tried on grass first and/or warmed up first
Date/Body Part/Severity of last injury - 1/2/08 severely dislocated shoulder wrestling, tore labrum in process, hyper extended rotator cuff as well, got surgery         
1/28/08 - still not fully recovered
