ok HERE is my proplem ok so this is what i do

1. i have a little jog up
2. turn side ways do a 1 2 take off
3. push up on the 1 leg
4 swoop arm under
5. tuck
6. I DONT GET MUCH HIGHT AND HIT MY LEG AAHH   Shocked

i am kinda stalling do i just need to jump more our somthing please help me  Cheesy

ok.

if your intent on doing your 1-2 foot, then you GOTTA swing that back leg up. The more force you get into that leg swingging around, the less of a tuck you but you will still spin around fast. Also make sure you really stomp the ground with your take off leg, you gotta get high no matter what.

What might help you get high is just a two foot take off. then you can use blocking to gain your height. But if you do use this take off then your rotation all comes from swinging your arm hard to your side, little rotation comes from the leg then.

go out and try it on a tramp or at a gym. you'll get it

I have the two sten down pretty good (in a gym).  The one two looks so much better though.  Quick question.  Is it bad to do the little hop skip (a right right left takeoff) when learning to do a one foot take off?  Because at one point I could do it without the hop skip I believe but now I can't do it even with the hop skip.

Some tips for adrenalinePK though.  What people taught me (and it worked), is to remember two main things.  The first thing is swing that back leg up.  Kick it up as hard as you can.  You can still tuck a bit before the peak.  The second thing is, like everyone says, you need to direct your torso up, not down (like an aerial) and not straight out.  The way you wan do this is to look at something above head hight (a flag on the wall of the gym wall for example) just before you take off.  This helped me imensely.  Good luck.
