ok HERE is my proplem ok so this is what i do
1. i have a little jog up
2. turn side ways do a 1 2 take off
3. push up on the 1 leg
4 swoop arm under
5. tuck
6. I DONT GET MUCH HIGHT AND HIT MY LEG AAHH

i am kinda stalling do i just need to jump more our somthing please help me
