ok so i know how to do a cartwheel and one handed cartwheel but when i go for the aerial (i rotate over my left shoulder first) my right hand barely touches the ground. i dont put any pressure on the hand i just cant not put it there. i think im scared of landing on my head. help

just keep doing it the way you are doing it... then one day you'll either get fed up with it and just dish out an aerial, or you'll gradually set your mind to just not putting your hand down, and bam! you got it!

spiffy is right man, just keep doing what you're doing until u do it as easy as breathing, then just go for an aerial, you say you can do a one handed without putting much pressure on your hand, if that is so, then whats stopping you? you can't be scared of hitting your head, you bail IF your gonna hit your head, simple as

if you really want to get an arial you have to kick you back leg up really hard so that you flip over your head fast

im in the exact same situation. what im going to try tomorrow is doing them over something with a foot or two of height to it. if i can only use one hand on, say, a small chair, and im still not putting much pressure on it, then i must be jumping high enough to do a full aerial. i'll let you know if it does me any good after i try it.
