Sunday:

Today was a day for new experiences. It was good, really, it was. First I went off to my aunt's to chill for a bit, since I was getting sick of just studying. Decided to take a break, y'know? Did some balancing on a fence-like thing. p: Walked forward and backwards, slowly though. Then after I got home, I chilled for a bit, then when outside, about a couple of minutes away from my house, to check out some trees. I thought it was time to try out tree climbing. I am terrible at it, definitely, but at least I was able to pull myself up a bit. p: Then I did some precision jumps on some pavement squares. Was hell, since my designated area was my front door, and basically I kept "falling", (I was picturing myself on rails, to make it a bit more of a challenge). Ran back and forth, the length of the squares, so that was fun. p: Other than that, my precision jumps were CRAPPY. I was pretty pissed off, since I couldn't match to Friday. Maybe being around other traceurs changes things for me? Anyway, tomorrow, most likely heading to a park. Training time! We'll see how it goes.  Wink

Week of March 8:

Did some feet work. While I was in school, I constantly walked with the ball of my foot, putting very little jump to it, so my feet can get some flexibility. When I walk up the stairs, I would use my feet as springs for two-steps, and feet + knees for three-steps. Jogged half a mile without getting exhausted.

Sunday:

Worked on balancing a bit. I was walking on some thick chains that are cemented in some stumps, whatever you wanna call them, played something that had to do with checkpoints. Basically, what I did was take my sweater, and put it on whichever part of the chain that I would fall on, then I would restart after I fall, and if I were to make it to that checkpoint, I would pick up the sweater, and hopefully move forward, until I make it to the next stump.

After I finished toying around with that, I looked around for something else to do, and found some smaller stumps that I could jump from one to the other. Then I saw this.. god I am horrible with names, I guess it's those circular things that you see in parks that contain plants in the middle. p: Dunno. Anyway, I did some quad walking on it. After that, I jumped around, trying to work on precision jumps. Then I did some pull up work, I ran to a wall a couple of times, and grabbed onto the top, and pulled myself up.
