Ideally?  I'd say five.  But not everyone (i.e. no one) has time for that all the time.. At least three.  Five is excessive to begin with, anyhow, since your body doesn't even know yet how to get adequate rest in two days out of the week!

I'd qualify these training sessions as conditioning, as well, since there isn't going to be a day when we do this without SOME conditioning.

Of course I don't mind!

It should be a good introduction, too, since the hips are so integral to most of our movements, it'll really just a breakdown of various movements into its base parts.

ill try to go this thursday but i hurt my knee really bad doing a 13ft horizontal jump and i might not be in top condition

If you come, I'll let you in on things you can do to rehabilitate your knees and prevent further injury.

k.. the week after next.. I'm definitely doing a "Conditioning for injury rehab/prevention" theme.. >_>..

Btw, guys, I'll post it up later, but next week's session (Oct 23rd) will be CANCELLED as I have to go to Colorado for a few days for an event called Cine Parkour.

You'll need to park in the visitor's parking deck, which may or may not cost some money, I don't remember.  I think it costs a smalla mount.

From Braddock road, you're going to turn into GMU on Roanoke River Road (NOT Sideburn.. you WILL get lost).  Follow the road and the first fork, you go RIGHT to start going toward the visitor parking.  Once you're around the pond, ther'ell be another fork.. go left.  The visitor parking is at the end of this road.

If you're just being dropped off, you still want to be dropped off at this point.  There's a crosswalk, get dropped off there.. have your driver make a U-turn and go back out (rather than turning around at the actual visitor parking deck).  As for yourself, you're going to want to walk straight down into the university AWAY from the pond.  You'll run into the fine arts building.. go left when you reach it until you get to the next intersection of walkways.. you'll see fountains to the right.. go past them until you get to the big circle thing.
