Stretching 4-5 times a day is VERY good. And relaxing/soothing. Strength is like a bench press more weight=more strength endurance is like a marathon. Yeah, keep it simple. Do you have a bf% (body fat) measuring thing? I would highly recommend it IF you are over weight.

The only thing that limits you is yourself. There is only one way...your own way. Don't settle. Fear is just my body telling me I have to be careful. Go with the flow, but give the current a fight.

though you don't have to be extreme to be simple. strength is moving a heavy load through a full range of motion, yes. But endurance could also be 20 pull ups, sprinting for longer periods of time, or doing a high number of fast squats. It doesn't have to be slow and steady like a marathon; parkour requires the ability to move explosively, and if need be, to do so for a long time. (so, explosive endurance)
a couple pennies.

I HATE SCHOOLWORK! lol ughh ive been rediculously busy as of late.. i bowl for my university team(were ranked 3rd in the US in all of college bowling) and weve been having alot of struggles, our coach quit, and our first 4 tournaments could be cancelled, so weve been doing alot of work to try and make sure that we still have a chance to make sectionals so we can qualify for nationals. yea been real busy.
i also recently did something bad to my pinky, some people have told me its broken, i think its just bruised really bad, but no luck with push ups or pull ups.. hopefully the swelling will go down, i cant put any little bit of pressure on it.
anyway, ive been trying to keep up with sit ups.. only like 20-25 a day tho.. cause im still outta shape.. tryin to get something still going..
anyway, later.

Exercise changes, while a great start, will not get you the body comp changes you desire. Nor will your workout scheme. I highly suggest you read Steve's Article before continuing. After take a gander at Chris' revamped article to get the diet changes needed. After all that, take a look over at CrossFit.com. This is probably going to be the easiest way to achieve what you want (assuming I'm correct you're looking for some strength gains and weight loss) and CF style workouts should be how you want to workout. Simple push ups and sit ups only go so far.

Like Charles said, Steve's article is made of awesome. Check it out. You need at least a set of goals for anybody to be able to help you put anything together.
