under my knee cap its sore after i do somthing i thought it was osgood but i have not yet gotten any sighns of a bump could it be somthing else, thank you in advance. Undecided

Uh, if it's inside the joint you might wanna get that checked out by a doc. Could be ligaments or meniscus.

I hope its nothing of a major magnitude so you can be training full well again soon. I'm no doctor, but try to massage it, keep up on vitamin c (as i have heard it can help restore cartilage [if not, it can't hurt]) and just be precautious. If these don't aid (considering you try to stay off of it for a day or so, icing it and elevating it), then i advise seeing a doctor, physician, or anyone you know and trust concerning fitness recovery.

That happened to me I kept a knee brace on it for a day and then i rsted a day and the Major pain went away after a day or two.
