i have got this and i am wondering what i can do about it like any stretches i could do to help it and stuff please help

how old are you?
were u just recently diagnosed?
If you are in your teens and just got diagnosed then you need to rest and not use your knee -- chances are it is much too painful for you to use it, anyway.

Rest and ice.
Work back into it slowly. Avoid high impact ANYTHING. Stay ground level.

When i had it, i ignored doctor's advice and wound up not being able to walk for 3 months.
