how old are you?

were u just recently diagnosed?

If you are in your teens and just got diagnosed then you need to rest and not use your knee -- chances are it is much too painful for you to use it, anyway.

Rest and ice.

Work back into it slowly. Avoid high impact ANYTHING. Stay ground level.

well i am 13 going on 14 yes i have and its not to bad but i can defenatly notice it.

When i had it, i ignored doctor's advice and wound up not being able to walk for 3 months.
