Okay, yes.  This is true.  However, "idiomowned" doesn't lend itself to a neat portmanteau, more of just a compound word.  Tongue

1) No such thing as working your "lower abs"
2) putting yourelf at serious risk for injury like this person did it stupid, no matter how good the movement may be
