Well, I've adopted a Grease The Groove craze, and have decided to incorporate it into my stretching.

Everytime I go to the bathroom, I touch my toes for 20 seconds and try to stretch even further. Overkill? or, should I try to incorporate more stretching moves?

More times you stretch per day the better...

If you can incorporate more stretches, that would be great.

Should do a full 30-45 minutes every day if you want to really see drastic improvements to flexibility.  These small sessions should help substantially though.

Stretching whenever possible is definitely a good thing. However, don't try to over-do it when you stretch, especially during an impulse stretch. Stretching sessions are great because they usually involve a warm up first to increase blood flow and elasticity.

It is possible to injure yourself when stretching, more so when your muscles are cold.

So like Chris said, doing this for sustainability is good, but definitely don't stretch for mobility gains with these.
